1. Click on Tools, then select General Preferences.

2. Select USPS.

3. Configure your USPS service. In section Endicia Label Server Setup put Account ID and Pass Phrase.

4. Then click on Verify Account.

5. After you receive a message that your Endicia Account is verified,  click OK.

6. Next, in Label Software Options section  click on down arrow next to Label Software, then select Endicia Label Server.

7. Click on down arrow next to Status and select Live.

8. Put a check mark into a box Stealth Postage (Delivery Confirmation and Express Only).

9. In Insurance section click on down arrow and select either Endicia or USPS.

10. Then click OK button.
